These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Optimatio.io (the “Service”) provided by Optimatio.io (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
- Provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account.
- We offer a 7-day free trial so you can evaluate the Service before subscribing.
- After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription.
- Plan details, pricing, and billing intervals are available within the Service or on our website and may change with prior notice.
- We may introduce new features or adjust limits; material changes will be communicated in advance.
- Credit/Debit Card is required during registration
- Subscription fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your designated payment method.
- If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate access until payment issues are resolved.
- No Refunds: Because a 7-day free trial is provided, all subscription fees are non-refundable after the trial period ends. Upgrade charges and add-ons are also non-refundable unless required by law.
- You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges but does not trigger refunds for amounts already paid.
- Accounting errors will be corrected in good faith once reported.
You agree not to:
- Upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
- Attempt to access other users’ data or disrupt the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service.
- Use the Service for high-risk activities where failure could cause harm.
- Violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
You are solely responsible for the data you upload, including obtaining necessary consents and ensuring accuracy.
- The Service, including software, branding, and content, is owned by Optimatio.io or its licensors.
- You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription.
- Feedback is welcome; by submitting it, you grant us the right to use it without restriction or compensation.

You retain ownership of your content; we only use it to operate and enhance the Service, per our Privacy Policy.
- We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or events beyond our control may affect availability.
- Support channels and response times are defined in your plan level. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
The Service may integrate with third-party products. Use of those products is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, their actions, or data handling practices.
You may terminate your account at any time through the Service dashboard or by contacting support.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms, non-payment, or to comply with law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
